We want you to be happy with your purchase. Every digital product is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee.

What’s covered
The guarantee applies to our digital products (meal plans, guides, and bundles) purchased directly through this site. Because these are downloadable products, we ask that the refund be requested within 14 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email support@mediterraneandietlab.com from the address you used at checkout, and include:
- The product name.
- Your order confirmation or the email address used at checkout.
- Optionally, a note on what didn’t work for you. Feedback helps us improve.
How refunds are processed
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically takes a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. After a refund, your licence to use the product ends and any download links are deactivated.
