Fig and Tahini Overnight Oats

In a bowl, whisk the milk, yogurt, tahini, honey, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt until completely smooth. Whisk the tahini in first with a splash of the milk if it wants to seize.

Stir in the oats until every oat is coated.

Divide between two jars or containers, seal, and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

In the morning, loosen with a splash of milk if the oats are thicker than you like.

Top with the quartered figs and chopped pistachios, and add another drizzle of tahini and honey.
